The Powhatan Community Center(old high school facility) houses the Powhatan Antique and Crafts Mall, along with the: (a) Powhatan Fine and Performing Arts Center with 500 seat auditorium; (b) Community Banquet Hall/Kitchen - seats 125;(c) Fitness Center w/full size gym; (d) Powhatan Point Historical Society Museum; (e) Ohio Valley Native American Museum; (f) Ohio Valley Coal, Oil and Gas Museum; (g) Retail and Office Space.

The Powhatan Point Revitalization Association (PPRA) continues to provide new services to the community at the newly acquired school facility.

Businesses are encouraged to contact the PPRA, Business Manager, Mike Stora at 201-602-9568, if they desire retail or office space. Rates are very attractive. Management Partners are being sought to operate a restaurant, day-care, fitness/rehab center/ museum curator, and performing arts/entertainment center.
